本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、HighLowIQ（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用することにより、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. サービスの利用
本サービスを利用することにより、お客様は本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意できない場合は、サービスを利用しないでください。
2. 利用資格
本サービスは、18歳以上の方、または親権者の同意を得た未成年者の方が利用できます。お客様は、提供する情報が正確で最新であることを保証する責任があります。
3. 禁止行為

- サービスのセキュリティを侵害する行為
- 不正な決済手段の使用
- サービスの改変やリバースエンジニアリング
- 製品の再配布や転売

4. 知的財産権
HighLowIQのサービス、コンテンツ、ロゴ、商標は、当社またはそのライセンサーの知的財産です。お客様は、当社の明示的な書面による許可なく、これらの知的財産を使用することはできません。
5. 決済と返金
決済は、当社が指定する決済方法を通じて行われます。デジタル商品の性質上、返金は限定的な場合にのみ適用されます。返金に関するご質問は、Discordサーバー内でお気軽にご連絡ください。
6. 製品の提供
購入した製品は、Discordサーバーを通じて提供されます。製品の機能、特徴、使用方法については、各製品の説明ページに記載されています。購入により、以下の成果物が含まれます：
- 製品のダウンロードファイル
- 製品の使用方法ガイド
- Discordサーバーでのサポートアクセス
- 製品のアップデート（利用可能な場合）
7. 免責事項
HighLowIQは、サービスの中断、エラー、データの損失について責任を負いません。サービスは「現状のまま」提供され、明示的または黙示的な保証は一切ありません。製品の使用により生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
8. 規約の変更
当社は、事前の通知なく本規約を変更する権利を留保します。変更後もサービスを利用し続けることで、変更された規約に同意したものとみなされます。
9. 準拠法
本規約は、日本の法律に準拠し、解釈されます。

- Support access on Discord server
- Product updates (when available)
